On the down swing, the golf swing trainer guides the club back to the shaft plane. If you have an "over the top" swing, which produces a slice, you will put resistance against the stand and the Dream Swing will guide your club into the ground. The Dream Swing allows you to focus on dropping your elbow to your side like a pros swing. At 9 o'clock the club is exactly down the toe line. Knowing your club is being guided on plane you can concentrate on keeping your wrists cocked, proper weight shift, and hip rotation which will result in longer, straighter golf shots.
